 Payment Terms

  • Service fees are agreed upon in writing and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Registration Fees do not include third-party charges such as university application fees, visa fees, travel costs, etc.
  • Payments must be made on time to avoid delays in your application process.
  • A non-refundable registration fee is applicable upon signing up for our services.
  • The total service charge is due as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • If a client decides to discontinue our services after registration, a cancellation fee may be applicable.

  • Admission to institutions or visa approval is not guaranteed.
  • Delays or rejections caused by external authorities (embassies, universities, etc.) are not our responsibility.
  • We do not take liability for changes in immigration laws, university policies, or global conditions.

All content, branding, and materials on our website and brochures are the intellectual property of Pruthinee GLOHive Consultancy PVT. LTD. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
